  8. Just some advice from a SabieX veteran (5*) don't worry about the weather till a day at most before the race starts (weather prediction is just a joke anyway)! Point in case all doom and gloom for the 24hr this past weekendand and all we had were 10 drops early Sunday morning

  10. It's tradition! Professional racing cyclists have been shaving their legs for at least 100 years, that’s probably longer than ladies have been shaving their legs. So the practice definitely qualifies as a tradition.

  19. Ah Sven the caveman, jeez man he was chasing myself and Brett (tnose_e) in the morning to gain laps on us but it seemed he got a 'flat' as he pulled up with a bit of a limp .... Thanks for the encpuragement and chirps mate!
  20. If you in a hurry (as I was) get an adapter (I had a frame with a 'normal' steerer and tapered fork though) I tried to 'sell and buy' but that didn't happen
