Hey, thanks for the ride all. I enjoyed it! Like others have said there must be some more singletrack we didn't ride but that can only be a good thing. There will for sure be lots of space to pass so that's cool. Also not to sure about the halfway 'drinks' station but then again everyone isn't there for the same thing now are we! Can't wait for Saturday now, I'm off to Brussels tonight (something like 2-4 degrees there!) and am back on Thursday morning. I have full access to mail/web all the time so sure I'll be checking out what's happening here at the hub! I guess all this talk of 40 minute laps must mean there's a challenge in there somewhere?

IanJ - Interestingly on the way to and from Northern Farm on Saturday we did see loads of road and mountain bikers!

Surely it's like when I take my car in for a service, they won't let me take it till the service advisor has taken a test drive!

For the 24 hour okes I guess the first lap pace is not critical but more important to check out the route, I would suggest that after that everyone can just go ahead and 'train' at whatever pace they want? More important of all those that are keen to go does anyone actually know the route? And I don't mean have you seen the picture, could you go out and ride it? If someone is able to get/make a GPS track out of it from Google Earth or some other source then I can take my Vista along for us to follow!

Danger - Would like to go as early as possible, don't know what time you can get in? Will need to get some 'tickets' (can anyone help with just 3 entries for me, LBB and BBB?) Would not like to start riding later than 7:00 though!
