you can just put a garlic clove in the ground. It grows out of the clove, but it will test your patience. Takes a long long time.

My SS was build with what was available. That is the reason for the big ring upfront. I have not done any races with it, only use for training on the farm roads where it is flat and not technical at all. I will not even think about riding technical or hilly races with that ratio. I cannot afford a different crankset that will accommodate better chain ring options, and 120cbd is limited, so that is the reason for asking for options at the back.

I am stuck with a SRAM crankset with a 120bcd, so changing up front is not gonna happen soon. I want to take my SS on holiday, and will be riding areas in and around George. Currently running 39 upfront and 15 at the back (nice and flat areas), but what will be a good size to swop the 15t with? a 18t (or bigger) something from KIWI? cheers.

Hi I am on my second pair of rudy's with prescription. Was over five grand. Medical aid at least picked up almost half of the bill making it ok. Good luck, but yes, have it done as it is worth it in the long run. Expect for the idiot who stole my first pair. Not sure if he got a headache?

lots of good butter or coconut oil, then you get your yummy fat in as well. This will help to stay feeling satisfied for longer

Hi guys, my SS was build using a SRAM 2x10 crank and I am currently still using the 39T chainring, and only removed the 26T(I think). At the back I have a 15t cog. My riding areas are fairly flat and it works well for training, but want to have a option for if I go riding somewhere else, where a 34 or a 36 could help me out a bit. But I have been looking, and it seems that most SS specific or other narrow wides are all 104BCD, where the SRAM is 120BCD. Where do I look for 120BCD chainring options, or what are the other options? thank you
