did a race on Saturday, felt really strong and had a great ride. could feel the hard work and hours in the saddle paying off. this week I am fully motivated to continue training again.

at work we can choose between either discovery plans or liberty. have been with liberty for the past 6 years, TITAN option, and no real issues so far.
