  1. Did that last night, just log a call on the site and they'll fix it quickly
  2. Sorry, but there is NO comparison between fittrack and Today's plan training plans.. the one is like giving you a pen en paper and say draw your own mona lisa vs taking you to the the Louvre with full guided tour, almost doing the training for you The mere fact they have Sufferfest training sessions build in and it works on there app sold it to me (now just need to load all of them) edit: No affiliation... just already addicted
  3. I signed up yesterday, very impressed with site, can see its old web devs that done it , still few minor bugs etc, but overall very good. One thing I cannot figure out is: When you rate your workouts and how you feel, does the plan automatically adjust for more or less load like a real life couch would do? ps: android app is very much alpha still.. keeps on crashing and RFKT/Cadence etc don't work althouh paired and testing fine.
  4. Is R 800 not for overseas entries? EDIT: South African residents: R470 Rest of Africa: R800 (includes Mauritius) International entries: R800 PPA members will receive a discount of R30
  5. Dear L*** Please note that despite the reduced distance on Sunday, we unfortunately cannot allow anyone to ride the route twice or to reuse any portion of the route to get home afterwards. All emergency services have already been fully stretched this week as a result of the fires. We appeal to you minimise their already difficult task by not congesting the route more than it already will be. Many of you will be finishing before others have even started. Please allow those riders to enjoy the route in the same way you did. Thank you for your understanding The Cape Town Cycle Tour Team
  6. My brother is 50 odd, peak heart rate still at >190. Mine is on the numbers at 181 for 38. The "formula" have standard deviation of 20 (if I remember correct) .. which means if you get your number it can be up or down by 20 beats and still be a valid statistic. So for age 40 your range can be 160 - 200 for peak heart rate, if you use formula of 220-age. L:
  7. Hope you had checked out.. Very often quick fix. My X had same thing, was 15 min or something operation (burned one of the nerves or something to the heart) and never issue again.
  8. Crap. Missed it. When you going again?
  9. Ok, they responded, working on the issue edit: Fixed
  10. Sh^@t, I just managed to log into other website that use the ID numbers as security within 30 seconds using info gathered from https://www.asgevents.co.za (A friends Details that I did not have before) I also contacted them stating to remove it, hope they do it before scammers get the info.
  11. I often go up to 220 (and my max is 181)... Its normally when the heart rate sensor dries out to much (downhills, cold , etc) and don't make contact to your skin properly . Search for heart rate monitor spikes on google. lots of info about the issue.
  12. Just true it yourself. 10 minutes work. Youtube is your friend if you not done it before.
  13. For easton hubs I Paid R 40 per bearing at BMG for the good quality (make sure to ask for good price) and took about 10 min todo a wheel. Prob take about 2 min now i know how. Most wheel manufacturers have step by step on how to chnage it on there websites otherwise youtube is your friend
  14. Can you post pic ? If the "thread part" just came loose, you can tighten it again very easily but will need pic to make sure
  15. Google galvanic corrosion. That what happened there. Most likely the one valve was cheaper "mild steel" type and then touch the aluminum. Add road dirt/salt and water and rest is history
