  2. She'll geddit...
  3. I have one (joplin R) on the Heckler, and before that i had 1 on my Teocali, friggen awesome, especially for steep technical descents n drop offs (oh wait, where the hell else will u use it). Rather go for the 'R' model, it's much easier to hit the bar mounted remote lever without having to take your hand off the grip. The lever under the seat is a cheaper option, but then u godda take your hand off the bar n adjust it instead of just sitting or standing to adjust the height...
  4. And is your avatar a pic of yr new binnit from V-Town...?
  5. Stupid American...! Just upset that he didn't get to see any1 smuggling potato's in their naughty lykara baaisikiling pant...
  6. What a F#*$en W Anchor...!!!!!
  7. Hmm, i wonder, if there was a nice safe flat bridge next to the see saw, would evel kanievel have opted to ride that instead...? I think he'd probably still have ridden the see saw. I also see that it's his wife who's all about burning somebody at the stake, not necessarily him, i'm pretty sure if he's still in ICU then he's possibly not conscious, and when he is he may have a different idea on the whole sueing thing...
  8. Pro II's all the way...
  9. It's actually much easier in the dark... I'll be there at 4:30ish...
  10. And then again in the dark okay...?
  11. To see if TNT1 has posted any 'smut'...
  12. U sure u haven't just been a lil too open minded...?
  13. I'm gonna go a bit earlier to get a couple laps in b4 it's dark... I'll ride with it on the dim setting for you...
  14. Who's riding 2nite...?
  15. Just let him keep riding the crap he's riding, those of us who ride fox know what a decent fork is about...
  16. Cleen green is fine, dilute it to wash the bike, undiluted for the chain. It's biodegradable too so can't be bad for yr frame etc... The parktool one is over 300 bux, the barberi just over 100, so if you only gonna clean your chain now n again, the barberi works well. Just rinse it n shake any excess water out of it, leaving it wet or submerged in water in a bucket etc makes the plastic bend all out of shape, resulting in the lil brush wheels falling out or becoming misaligned...
  17. My bikes get serviced religiously every 3 to 4 months, it gets removed and scrubbed then, along with the unreachable 'back' of the cassette. The rest of the time just usin a chain scrubber n cleen green is sufficient...
  18. To be honest, none of em really last, had expensive ones (parktool) and cheapies (barberi), both only lasted a couple months, tho i do scrub my chain every time i wash the bike, which is after every ride, so 3 to 4 times a week. Most mtbaaisikilists wash their bikes once every 6 months, if you're the same, the cheap barberi will suffice...
  19. Was the article written by the same wannabe 'journalist' that penned the article on quad bikes on the spruit that got all the other stuff removed for us...? I wish bumping people off wasn't a punishable offense...
  20. So it's warming up a bit, who's up for riding at rietvlei 2moro night...? Every tues and thurs for that matter...
  21. Carbon compound...? Or wrap a bit of insulation tape round the post...?
  22. It's not that bad! Aren't we supposed to be all for fitness and stuff? Alternatively - anyone keen to take Friday off and build some ramps over the offending blockades? Have you lost your mind...?!!! Some twat might impale themself on the fence' date=' and ramps would mean someones tyres would leave the ground, and the spruit has a strict zero fun unless the rubber is firmly planted on the ground policy.[/quote'] Good point! So you joining us? If the okes don't do a nice long ride from the nursery here in va deep souwf on sat, i might be keen. From paulshof to alberts n back...?
