race vs event. Subtle difference

If you ride in slow groups in B or C you are not riding at the front of those. Front of B is normally faster than the middle to end of A. Or are you riding off the front of B or C? In which case you should reconsider the races you do so they count towards your seeding into A or VA/VB/VC/VD

The wind was not strong enough and the hills not steep / long enough for splits to happen. Only real tactic would have been speed (accelerations mostly)

Wind direction at those place was most probably from the left, pushing people across the road. Guttering is part of the game, but yes, making people choose beyween life and riding with the bunch does seem unnecessary.

Pulling handlebars is just not cricket. Fine to ride alongside each other. Was not as if thet blocked the road at 2 abreast. Reporting it will have little to no effect other than personally fweling like you've done something

That crash happened a few bikes behind me. Heard the wheels, the the sound if thr bikes crashing. Did a quick rubber neck and saw some stopping and others piling down. Fast, flat and some token wind. That Merc racing past the bunch only to have a near collision with thw Anglia(?) was a bit hectic. Was a good day out on the bike even though my legs gave up within the last km. Finished a few seconds behind the bunch. Until B&D then next SATURRDAY
