Did not attack you i just asked a question and i do speak from current experience in my last two races i have been given a leg rub about an hour before the start and i did better than i have done the whole year without leg rubs before the start so yes each person is different but i dont think it can only be a case of only a pre race warm up ride will get your legs warm

Fanie then explain how the pro's overseas can sit in thier trailers till 2 minutes before the start and only get given a leg rub and then they are off and averaging over 40??? not taking a dig at you just asking how it could be working for them but here in sunny south africa we can only go on a warm up ride to make our legs work?

Jaco go to a sports massage therapist and find ouyt from them what they would use i know my girlfriend either uses tea tree oil or the FiT pre race rub on my legs remember arnica thins your blood as well so dont use it too much unless you have problems with blood clotting

doug there were a few sets that were rebuilt by some crackpot and overtensioned them to the extent that nipples were breaking and on de-tensioning it showed that the rim had cracked but so far i have only heard of three people that it happened to!!

Saffa look out for a pair on the hub most of the time they are in good nic and you wont regret upgrading them as more cash becomes available thats how i built up my glasses and even though they cost more in the long run i think it is better because i now have custom ones

Ok I ride Rudy'S LOVE them!!! I ride Louis Garneu footwear and helmet will not swap it for anything unless i get sponsored another brand!!!! and to all the people who think i am sponsored so i have to say this i am not sponsored i have paid for all my kit and i will not change the way i did it either!! Happy Shopping hehehe loads of brands out there but take the ones that look the prettiest to you because you will be happier in the long run!!

All depends on yourself and what you feel comfortable on i measure for a 56 road frame and a 19mtb frame But i ride a 54cm road bike equivalent to a medium in other words and i ride a 17" mtb also about a medium but would rather be on smaller bikes to lower my stack height!!

nero i raced wilro on them and will probably race most of my races on them except jock and yes they are on the heavy side but they are bomb proof wheels and i probably wont be trading them anytime soon!!

These are by far some of the best rolling wheels i have ever raced with i currently race them and if i had the choice the only upgrade would be a set of bora's or a set of easton EC90's
