  1. Cool. I was a bit dubious on reading that the flax is an MCT oil, as the coconut oil has MCT in it as well - kinda a double just for the sake of one being more concentrated than the other. Will try it without first
  2. Nobody's saying it wasn't - it's just that in addition to being a talented driver (he is) He's just an even bigger tjop.
  3. Okay - the fat shake looks good - will try it as soon as i buy some of the Nomu and Flaxseed oil.
  4. Yeah. It stays down, but I get the grille whenever I get near the end. Jinne...
  5. Maybe it's 'cos I don't add anything, and I drink my coffee STRONG. As in 3 heaped spoons of Jacobs when instant. Should I put a bit of cream in it? Maybe? Will try the Fat shake. EDIT: Fatshake looks a LOT better. Thanks guys...
  6. For me, that would be the git on the saddle.
  7. Okay - how long did it take some of you guys to develop a taste for the full blown bulletproof coffee? I'm finding it a bit... challenging... to finish the whole one in the morning.
  8. Basically took it apart, removed the down shifter section, filed off the teeth that make up the ratchet (otherwise it just clicks into the "big ring position" and you can't release it again) and then remove a bit of material on the rotating internals so that it moved freely and didn't snag on the return spring, which was slightly out of place thanks to the removal of the small flappy lever. Reassemble, and hey presto. That was on my SRAM jobbie. The Shimano one will be slighty different, but I'm probably going to check one out this weekend to do the mod on that.
  9. there's also this option... http://www.superstarcomponents.com/library/cache/product_expanded_image/library/product/4-layer-hose-3m-length/hose-7.jpg
  10. You want me to adapt your lh shifter?
  11. Absolutely. Nics are quite soft. HD is quite a bit tougher being an AM tyre. Especially with the super g casing.
  12. That denotes the type of casing used. Like snakeskin, but without the snakeskin section under the tread. A bit lighter, basically, but still with the same sidewall protection as the snakeskin.
  13. They're back, in a BIG way. Big on performance, Big on price. This is mine: Yes, it's as heavy as it looks (3.2 kilos - YIKES!!!) and No. I couldn't give a toss. She's worth every gram.
