  1. yep, DG rode with LA at the tour for US Postal donkeys years ago and KE has ridden in 9 world champs - I think he was 7th overall at marathon WC a couple years back.
  2. beat me to it! I like a JD and cranberry - bit homo but very refreshing
  3. :/ Any nutritionists out there able to give an opinion on this? I know some of them have been eating it.
  4. smackdown for 36One. Where are 360Life?
  5. ja but you wear it so well you'd never guess
  6. This just in: penis enlargement industry to provide new retail channel for mtb manufacturers in 2013. 29 inch wheels only.
  7. 29'ers are best because only clever rich people ride them. I've also heard that there is a direct correlation between wheel circumference and the size of your c0ck. This is why you find so many monster truck drivers moonlighting as porn stars. Apparently Assos are designing a new 29'er specific bib with extra sag built into the crotch area.
  8. Me neither. I read voodoo's post and the only conclusion I arrived at is that he is desperately trying to appear rich and clever, and has somehow pinned these aspirations to this thread.
  9. Last year it was all Cape Town, this year the GP's gave us a hiding. So far the only Capie podium I've heard of is David Garrett 2nd in 35-39.
  10. @Cycle_Nation Cycle Nation Louter and Cragg brought back. But 30-34 bunch is in tatters. SAChamps
  11. Tarmac is up the road with Louter in 30-34. Come on buddy. Cycle Nation ‏ @Cycle_Nation Reply Retweet Favorite · Open Cragg and @JamesLouter still going strong ahead of #30-34. #TimeFreight#SAChamps
  12. He is going to make this trip count. Looking forward to watching this unfold.
  13. All SV results up now.. some very fast times recorded http://results.finishtime.co.za/Results.aspx?CId=35&RId=50&EId=3
  14. If the pros what to ride sub vets or vets champs you have to let them. Otherwise it's just SA amateur champs. If you want amateur champs then that would need to be a separate event. In nearly all cases active pro riders will not turn up at an age-category champs. It just makes them look like sandbaggers - that's if they win - if they don't it makes them look unemployable
  15. what surprised me was to see Kevin Evans, Sauser et al lumped into VA at the Argust. As if those guys give a toss about the VA podium. Whoever organised the racing bunches this year was smoking some good ****.
  16. Congrats to Tarmac on his silver medal today Anyone know where full results are to be found?
  17. not sure about a snak bite, looks more like a ten course meal
  18. Safe to say a great many of us were totally bucked off at the 2012 Argus
  19. Excellent cross-training for anybody racing the Argus again next year http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dmxtHv6WpR0
  20. Thanks Tank but I'm keen to race tandems. I have my partner already. If it falls through I will bust out the leather chaps and rodeo helmet by all means. In fact maybe rodeo kit is appropriate for the racing bunches as well.
  21. eish sorry man, didn't read the whole thread!
  22. Agreed, asking here was his first mistake. He should have just emailed farmer Glen.
  23. Probably taking notes from the team car whilst flexing his gripper http://www.functionalhandstrength.com/images10/crush2.png
  24. No need to expand on Bob's solution, your hat is all the OP needs to repell the evil headache-mongering radiation.
  25. So this is where Cavendish does his secret training sessions.
