i also have oakley radars, live at the sea so they get salt on the lenses after every ride! that spray costs a lot as far as i know just like all the oakley stuff. i just use warm water and hand soap(protex or liquid hand soap). they do warn against washing the radars with soap, but as far as im concerned thats just to get you to buy there fancy spray!

Cytomax is good, also try Energy Dynamics Octane. its cheap(about R120 for 1.5kg "tub") and also contains protein, which may help with recovery... but if you looking for recovery then go for a pure protein powder which you would mix in milk and drink within 15-30 min after a HARD training session or race. or try another recovery "shake" such as Wolf Recovery Drink, also cheap and WORKS!
