I have seen a cop do this, made a person that pushed in get out of the queue and go to the next offramp, which is a good 5Km further. The thing was that the next offramp was to a different highway so the guy had to drive further. I think that this guy got to work very late.

Did the race this morning, it was great . I hope the guy that had the nasty fall is OK, When I went past him they had loaded him on a spinal board. It happened on a slight downhill and at the bottom where the sharp left tun is around the fence.

Have a good look at the photo and you will see that it is a staged photo, the person standing there doesn't even react and behind him there is also someone standing. If you look at the wheels you can see that the back tyre is also spraying up a bit of water.

You are leaving your training time a bit short, do a bit of everything for speed and stamina, remember that you have to also taper off on the training the closer you get to the actual event.

It was a great race, I enjoyed it greatly. One or two places where there can be improvement. We only had a problem at the beginning where the guys didn't listen and rode incorrectly and everyone followed, gave us an extra 1.2 km on the 35km. Weather played hell with us, one minute rain and then a bit of sun, suddenly cool and rain again. I definitly will be doing it again.
