i take it IT is your HR? Yes. 70-75% of Max HR. but ideally you want to use your lactate threshold as your training guideline and not max hr? but that is another post all together. I have my lactate T, what % of that should you say I must use. I like the idea of not trying to kill myself each time I go up a hill.

great idea! Not only will we keep the road clean but receive something back as well. I had one of the green wasps at the DC, tastes awful (real bad) but helped me the last couple of km's. The dog didnt mind the taste though and ate the packet when I got home. He preferred the gu's though.

ja, it is the stork guy, but rides trek now. maybe there should be a racing cat. They start first and support vehicles are allowed to follow. The fun cat's support vehicles are only allowed at the designated areas. 200 Support vehicles will not work.
