  2. you know this is a bicycle forum and not motor cycle ? ...dont donner me, only asking
  3. maybe send JB a pm, he will give you some good advice on the maintenance and performance of the wheels
  4. my pick would be the Easton XC one's or the Shimano's
  5. MattyG, they are a bit on the heavy side. It all depends what type of rider you are, but I will say go for XC racing, go for the lightest tyre (with sufficient grip). Take a look at the Schwalbe Racing Ralph(bit expensive) or Specialized Fast Trak LK or Bontrager Revolt Super X. All these i know are in the 500-600g range. Continentals are also quite popular but no experience there. However, the Crossmarks will probably outlast all of the above.

  12. no, sorry, my remark was confusing. i mean on the bike/trainer cycle but with not much effort at first.(i do stretch my itb though) second part will bit more intensity by adding some sprints/resistance
  13. go second hand.
  14. nobby nic. the others will last longer but not the good for muddy (crossmark or larsen/TT def not my choice for mud) even racing ralph is good all round choice but bit expensive ps. if you going for mud remember a mud guard front...nic sheds mud nicely
  15. to me warming-up has two parts : first to stretch and gradually allow the soft tissue to take the loads. second (when racing) get the cardio system going. races usually start fast in mtb'ing

  24. then it is very difficult to say. but for good measure you can work on your % difference in avg. speen from the top guys in a road event you did (vetA rather than pro) and then compare
