im a creature of habit when it comes to things i dont want to put too much effort/thought into - cycling tech is one of them and i read most of JB's posts so that i dont have to go figure things out for myself.
ive been using white lightning for most of my cycling(MTB) (which is not too long) I dont mind the extra $$ over scavenging oil tins/plastics but should i be looking elsewhere maybe.... i ask because it seems like most places i been too the last couple of days are out of stock.... good or bad?

this is now a whole different can of worms. From my extensive(which doesnt say much) experience... some non tubeless tyres seat easier than others (maxxis rather than conti's) if your weight digits are on the generous side(again not saying much) try and stay away from non-tubeless on the back wheel. surely you can ride a non tubeless - tubeless on the back but the chances of it unseating is much greater when with some pressure loss. ive seen this a couple of times but also know of some big boys thats been riding non-tube as tubeless with no problem... so use it/ dont use it
Back: Crossmark Lust UST tubeless with stan's conversion and sealant.
A mate and myself had the exact same thing with the bubbles forming generally on the same side of the tyre with no particular noticible pattern. We first noticed it at around 8 months into using it and the tyre is well worn outside and inside(seems like there is a reaction with the sealant).
This needs to be confirmed but aparently Maxxis dont guarentee the tyre if you use a sealant. Cant remember if this is what ive read or someone told me.
i ride a scale (2008).... very good frame - quick but hard ride(very). couple of suggestions: - if you buy new, make sure they fit you and dont just take the standard stem length(usually too long). - if going for weight, change 180mm front rotor and bracket for 160mm - take black seat - mine came standard with schwalbe racing ralph(non ust) good racing tyre but if you heavy or want it to last bit longer i suggest a ust at the back.
Yeah, you can get a long way to your goal just by cutting out the crap we usually eat. But sometimes you just need to hear it from someone else. Had I not made that appointment, I would either still have been on 80kg, or if I had controlled the snacking, been around 78kgs. use protien drink only after hard ride and withing 1 hour. just for recovery of muscle tissue. rule of thumb 1g per kilogram body weight. (best to see how your body reacts and adjust)
im blind and gay and ive been riding with these wonder marbles for years now.... the sound of marbles pounding my hub is the only way of knowing i need to speed up and the thought of my cycle buddies without underpants motivates me...
