Must say I dont really care for SA rugby anymore, the fighting is horrible. Now they want our teams to go and play the against the Northern Hemisphere teams. Those guys play a gentlemans game, they play the ball and not the man, what a pleasure to watch. Forgive me fellow hubbers but I am tired watching our players bite and use their fists during games......

Get a set of Giant P-XC 2 rims. I rode on these when I weighed 150kgs and they did not even go out of true... Theyre for sale quite a lot on the hub for about R2500 - R2800 or so. Very good DT Swiss made wheels.

He ran after us when we moved on. What an awesome experience it was. Knysna, beautiful place with some extreme climbs.

Geez, this morning (still dark out there at 5.30) a guy came from the front on a wide trail with one of those double lights fitted to his bike. It looked like a car was coming for me! His light blinded me completely and I could not see where I was going for a while there. Surely they can add a dim-light type switch so the rider can dim the light a bit as a courtesy to others but I suppose this wont always be possible riding off road with a bicycle. Maybe a little push button type knob on the grip will be safe where the rider wouldn't have to move his hand? I'm sure the light is awesome to ride with but my little magic light is really effective and does not blind other riders cycling towards me. Any comments about these very bright lights? There are quite a few posts on lights but could not find anything about views on this.

Waxing takes longer and some say its painful. Takes me 2 minutes to shave so its quick and as I said I shave once a week only.

The wife wasn't too happy with me, but I cycle 6 days of the week so that was my excuse.....also makes it easier to patch the legs after a fall.
