  15. Making a new piece of furniture and thought I would try some home made wax. Bees wax, because I’ve got a beehive, white spirits and linseed oil.
  16. Freight still flying but not like before. I bring in about 60 consignments a year, mostly from Germany and about 10 days ago most airlines pulled the plug on pricing agreements. I was quoted € 4.80 per kg which is significantly higher than my standard rate. However on my last order before lockdown the cargo sat on the ground for a few days and is now here and at standard rate. I guess when there is a space on the sled they load it.
  17. Shaun are you linked to the owners of Taroko the property co and M & T Development?
  18. Well known South African canoeist Mark Perrow was killed today when the plane he was piloting crashed into a cliff face in the Umkomaas Valley. Not sure if he was the only person on board at the time. RIP Hop.
  19. The reserve is still owned by Heartland Properties. The land surrounding the reserve was sold some years ago and the current reserve size is the reduced size following the original sale. There are currently no plans to sell any more of the land owned by Heartland Properties.

  22. I buy them and refurb them regularly. Bid or buy and markets is a good source.
  23. Take the steel work to a sandblaster, paint with Hammerite smooth. No primer needed.
