Easy enough to do if you know what to do. There are a number of threads where guys have painted their own frames. Have a search on this forum, some really nice paint jobs done. The type of paint and clear coat you use is important, you can get 2K in aerosol tins, this is the easiest. I painted my frame with matt black and a satin clear coat. Previously I used a panelbeater. As with any painting, prep is key.

There are races, occasionally, where the track improves over the course of the day benefiting the higher ranked riders. Yesterday was a chance for the earlier riders, Wilson took advantage and regardless of what you or I think, the results show that he is the World Champion.
