Just thought I'd let you guys know this. I went to Rietvlei Tuesday afternoon to have a ride which unfortunately got stormed out. So while sitting there chatting Wendell realises my lefty shock is not working as it should be and might need some serious looking at. So I've left my bike there now for a service... I get an sms from Wendell last night saying he's willing to lend me his Cannondale while mine is in the shop He has many bikes that he rents out but he was willing to take a step up and lend me a bike of equal if not better stature. I take my hat off to someone like that. How many LBS owners will do that. Thanks Wendell You're the best!!

Lets set a few things straight. 1) I never attacked the whole of TCS. It has felt a bit like it....but you aren't the only one 2) Eben lied and I told everyone so from the beginning I agree 3) Crux knew he was doping. Hell' date=' half of TCS knew he was doping and have claimed so themselves. To come and tell us no-one knew is a bit rich. There might have been suspicions but no proof. Innocent till proven guilty...he's now been found guilty Why did babelkous leave TCS? That's another whole new story you know nothing about!! Don't make assumptions. Crux has always been most vocal when pro riders have been busted, calling for jailtime/lifetime bans/heavier sentences. He still feels the same I find it extremely hypocritical that a TCS is rider is busted and suddenly everyone comes with a "lets sweep it under the rug" attitude, and then still single a few of us out as instigators? My exact thought as well. Cleats or bike setup isn't correct, core muscles need work...and lay off and learn to stretch. To get all the proper info, go see a physio!!

I must admit, i do ride by myself especially now as all my usual mates are quite a bit faster than me Funny how some guys say they love going out by themselves getting time to ponder and think.....I never find that. When I'm alone I'm staring down every person and motor car on the road.... Sad but true!! Will never MTB alone unless it's in a safe area....I think you're more prone there as you're in the bush with no car or anyone around. Well, these days most people have to have joined a club to ride any race so they will then have to have a club kit.....Surely you should be proud of your club and advertise their kit. In my mind weekends and races are definitely club kit only. I ever only wear another kit if I'm all out and haven't done any washing Old kit is good for training in as long as the shammy is still good!! I must admit, I was disappointed to see a fat dude wearing my old didata kit.....so even though I want to say I don't think it's an issue I think in one sense my mind also says rather don't!!!
