  3. From what I know it is good to try avoid meat, cream and fats and lots of veggies as these can give you stomach issues as they are difficult to digest. Of course you'd want to eat some decent starch and try focus on easy to digest foods. But of course it also depends on you as an individual, unless you really ate a lot of meat I can't see it making you sluggish.

  6. Oh come on Cervelo I'm a girl and have done the jock on a 12-25!! That just proves you haven't trained properly. any guy should be happy up there on a 25....
  7. Well I can climb any hill in RSA in a 25.... so 99% of my races are done on a 12-25!! Jock I'll use a 27 though to save the legs for the last 50kms and it's proved me good everytime, it's always the boys cramping...

  13. Nancy, if any female can keep up with those boys she'll have to look like one and be on testosterone, which last checked is illegal. The females and male racing has and always will be separate. As u should have seen the females distances are overall shorter and it's only two weeks not three. Unfortunately this is certainly one sport the boys will always be stronger than us.

  21. I must admit...gold is a bit heavy for my liking So Pantani next time I see you you'll have gold shoes, helemt, bottle cages and half your bike No one will miss you!!!

  23. Sit ups really doesn't do that much for core muscles...there are a lot better exercises.... But yip, I'd also say focus on those core muscles...and maybe the back muscles...they could also be weak!!
