I had a P8lite. Initially could connect to the watch for activities. However, something happened with the Bluetooth. Became very unreliable with any Bluetooth device. Couldn't get it to connect with my Garmin Forerunner 25, or any car Bluetooth radio.Went to Huawei, reset all factory settings. Couldn't get it done. Emailed Garmin as well. They said that there has been issues with the Bluetooth certificate of Huawei devices. I am currently using the Nokia 8 for over 1 year now with no issues. I would personally recommend getting a Nokia. Built very strong (check Jerryrigeverything on YouTube). And stock android, most on Android One program, so very fast software updates. The 6.1 is a very good device for similar money to the p20 lite. Edit: you can get the 8 (2017 flagship device - same processor as Samsung S8) for R 4,100 on Takealot. 2 years old yes, but already on Android 9, but may not get Android 10.

Another week, another 25 points. Have had horrible luck. My pic was between a 100 point, and a diamond

I don't know which groups you guys were in, only seeing a few cars coming from opposite direction on the R511. I was near the middle of LL. We had cars and motorbikes coming both directions, and a few of them were far to close for comfort, we had to ride left of the yellow lane. Cops obviously opened up for them to come through, which they did at speed, some hooting to force us over to the left so they can get through.

Great race, quite scenic. Tom Jenkins caught me again. But a bit disappointing that it's advertised as total road closure. Nearly taken out by a couple of taxis at about 30km mark. Then again at the hills near hartebeespoort, some of the motorbikes and cars were far too fast and far too close. Otherwise a great race. Will be back next year with more fitness and better seeding.

They responded that they will give me the missing play next week, in addition to this last week's one. So good response from Discovery. But we'll see next week. Still a bit annoying that we have to follow up with them on stuff that shoull be automatic from their side. Will claim the points for the Tshwane classic tomorrow, just to be sure

I didn't receive the 1500 points, so I've sent them a query about it, as I needed the 1500 for my Active Rewards. Was short by 100 points, but I thought it would have been credited before Wednesday.

Looks quite good. Just watch the Exhaust on that Fortuner. Looks like it is pointing directly at the rack. The hot exhaust gases can cause problems, especially with Carbon, and probably with tires as well.

Up at Lindani Game Reserve for the Lindani Mtb Challenge 35 km on Saturday. Then rode other trails on Sunday. Awesome set of trails up there. Quite Technical as far as Marathon races go. Lot of fun.

Fantastic race. Brilliant trails. Quite Technical, but one of the best I have been to. Well organised.

Anyone having issues yesterday or today with workouts not pulling through to Discovery app for the points. Synced my Spinning class to my Garmin App yesterday evening. Points usually reflect within 1 hour. Still waiting for the points to show up today. Not Garmin's side as data pulled through to another app

Was up on the farm last weekend. Fair bit of rain. Only got a few hours of fishing in. Pulled out 20-25 bass in total. Ranging from about 10 to 30 cm long. Lekker eating fish.

In addition, another rant. Saw some litter, bit less than other races. However came up on a guy from the short route whou blatantly through a wrapper in the bush. We were less than 300 metres from a water point. Called him out on it and asked why he just through it. He got very aggressive towards me. Decided to let it go as don't want to get into fights. Took a bit away from an otherwise great race. Rode 10 minutes faster than my goal, so otherwise happy.
