91.5 kg this morning. Was on a plateau hovering at about 93 for almost 3 weeks then finally broke through last week. Got back into some pants I last wore 10 years ago. Should break through 90 this month.

93 kg this morning. so 12 Kg lost this year and 8 during Lockdown. Started going for longer distance rides this last week. 180km Mtb riding the last 7 days. Longest Mtb ride in over 6 years today, 56km at Cradle Moon. Will push to 60 next week.

Nice going. Did my first hunt last weekend, nice Impala ram. Couple of test shots before but the rifle is printing within a bottle cap of zero at 100m off home made sticks so still as accurate as ever.

Enjoy Fitness has Cocoon jackets available. Would just layer (base layer, normal cycling top and then the cocoon over the normal kit). Their cocoon jacket is fleece lined so should be quite warm.

Question, have Vitality on top of a life policy, and have had the gym booster activated more than a year ago. Does gym booster still pay back the 25% without a discovery bank account? My profile says it is activated, but booster still at 0%, and have met my 36 visits in early march, and 9 of my last 10 weekly point requirements.

I'd also recommend Enjoy Fitness. I have their bibs and a few tops and they are excellent quality. Haven't tried their baggies but they should be excellent based on their other kit.

Now 96kg, so lost a further 3kg during April. So 9kg lost since 1 Jan, and 20 in total since August last year.
