  1. Gap at 10:50 100k to go. Commentators still discussing whether G is injured or not. GvA been a machine today. Looks like his work is done. Dropping back
  2. Gap down below 14 Min now 110k to go for leaders
  3. Ja looks like they have missed it. Still saying he doesn't look hurt. But he did have a very sticky bottle there
  4. Gap below 15min 121k to go for leaders
  5. See Juraj Sagan also in the break. Belgium and Slovenia setting the pace 132k to go 20k to Mt Fuji.
  6. Possibly but doing think so. Looks like Peloton has been has been taking time back but don't have time gaps. And the final 50 odd k will be the decider
  7. There we go. Leaders have 17:30 to peloton
  8. Nic Dlamini with the leaders. 5 riders in the lead. Not great broadcasting not showing the names of the riders or time gaps consistently.
  9. Geraint Thomas has fallen. Back up
  10. Leaders have 17 minutes over chase, 18:45 over main Peloton. 156k to go
  11. Back on now on 207
  12. Seems like it might have been some technical difficulties either with the broadcast that side or Supersport. Doesn't look like many of the channels are showing what they're scheduled to show
  13. Made my own hot sauce (first time ever) - habanero with pineapple and mango and some garlic. Roasted the peppers and garlic for 10 minutes first to give a bit of a smoky taste. Think it came out very well.
  14. I recently had a fork serviced at Mellow Velo in Broadacres. Was very happy with them, they were very good and efficient.
  15. You should be able to get a T-adapter that fits in between the stopcock and the line to the cold tap. Should be 15mm/ 1/2 inch. Just check the line supplied with the machine is the same width
  16. Try under returns issued, ITR12, request return 2021.
  17. Hope this is the right topic to ask this question. I have a Garmin Forerunner 25, and my straps have broken. I have repaired them with glue but it's a temporary fix. I can't seem to find straps locally from reputable dealers. If I look at the straps for the 220/235/620/630/735 they all use the same strap which looks the same. I've tried to go to a physical store to look at the band's but can't find stock. Can get the 220 strap from Takealot but I don't want to buy something if it won't fit. Does anyone have a 220/235/620/735 and can take a photo of the measurements of the strap (width and width where the bolt goes through to connect to the watch.) My 25's strap the strap for the 220 etc.
  18. The option is under 'other deductions'. If I remember correctly this section opens up when you answer 'yes' to the question '‘Did you incur any expenditure that you wish to claim as a deduction that was not addressed by the previous questions?’ Home office expenses would only be applicable if you spent more than 50% of working hours at home, and have a letter from employer confirming this. You would also need a dedicated office for work. You would need to have a calculation showing the size of the office in relation to the house as a whole to apportion expenses. As a side note: using a portion of a house as a home office and claiming expenses, this would impact and could reduce the effect of the primary residence exclusion of Capital Gains Tax if you decide to sell the house later. This also applies for renting out a Carden cottage or flat on property where you live.

    Formula 1...

Ja if you saw the Start and Finish list it would appear it was a relatively quiet race but it was a really great race. Credit to the Red Bull strategists getting both strategies right. Helps having 2 top drivers to be able to pull the split strategy. Great drive by both Max and Sergio.
  20. Interesting looking at the specs it seems that both the RC and the normal Spark come with angle adjust headsets of +-0.6 degrees which is quite cool

    Magalies Monster

Don't think the route is out yet. Will probably be released (might only be the profile) next week
  22. Ja really enjoyed it. Was my first Marathon level race (longest up to now has been 50k) so took it easy early on to save the legs for the second half. Struggled on the last 2 climbs but managed to get up them all without having to walk. Really enjoyed the technical sections (much more fun than the half marathon races). Now for the Monster in 2 weeks
  23. Van Gaalen has more trails available than Cradle moon so you can get more distance without repeating trails. It also has quite a lot more climbing. The new Snake Bite climb is a bit of a beast (2k at 9%) and the descent is pretty technical. Id start on cradle moon Blue/Yellow with your wife. But try Van Gaalen when you are riding by yourself then you can judge if she will enjoy it. Cradle moon does have a lot of game which can make for a really great ride.
  24. Similar topic (but different problem) I have an alloy seatpost with a carbon frame which sometimes slips when riding trails. What would you guys use to stop it slipping. The seatpost clamp is torqued correctly.
  25. I'm Running the Barzo 2.25 front and Mezcal 2.25 rear. Been really happy with them. Grip well and the haven't had any issues with them
