  1. Well it fell off during the ride and did the best I could to ghetto fit it back on and tighten the bolts and it stayed on until I got back to the carpark.put the bike on the rack and it fell off the bike again whilst driving out

  3. Your eating times and portion sizes may have something to do with it. Do you eat meals that replace the calories that you burnt whilst exercising? Try and establish a schedule of eating and get your carbs to proteins to fats ratio right, eating smaller portions more often helped me out. An example: 7:30 Breakfast (scrambled eggs with some avo and coffee) 10:30 Snack (fruit and nuts) 13:30 Lunch (chicken/tuna/beef or any protein + veg + avo + coffee) 16:30 Snack ( usually fruit/protein shake) 19:30 Dinner ( grilled chicken/fish/beef/lamb etc etc + veg + a fat) I am no expert, but it worked so why not give it a try.

It was taken from his car outside Borusso's in Kenilworth, please keep an eye out for it and get in contact if you hear or see anything.
