  1. Another question. Why should I not buy a set of Novatec Flowtrail 650b wheels?
  2. Stans have got pretty pricey. Why should I NOT be buying a set of Novatec Flowtrails for 650?
  3. I'm gonna try the single Wolf ring with 11-36 first. I got my Wolf ring today, have to say this thing looks & feels very soft - interested to see how long it lasts.
  4. Explain. So General Lee can only be used with a 10sp SRAM cassette? Same 10 sp derailleur? What if I have Shimano?
  5. I knew there'd be k@k.
  6. Then I'll decide on the Mojo...
  7. I'm keeping the zero - going 1x10, but I'm taking the 120 for a spin this weekend...
  8. Why is it so hard to find SLX front chainrings for a 2x10? Should I just be buying XT? Looking for a 38 outer.
  9. Quick answer... Pyga 110 or Mojo SL?
  10. That is a great vid. Glad I'm not the only one that waves a foot out.
  11. New BB & firmware rocks. Very happy now.
  12. What do you guys think of a 26 Stumpjumper fsr?
  13. If your fork needs a seal replacement then get them to do remove the spacer at the same time. Tx Droo, will try.
  14. Droo yes, dual air. So I guess dual air "slumps" because there's a separate chamber pulling it lower... Good for small bumps I suppose but still sacrifices your travel. Strange.
  15. OK. I have a Reba and a Fox. Both are 100mm forks (well, the reba technically 110mm but long story). When I put them next to each other the "exposed" stanchion on the fox is much longer - and if I measure the exposed stanchion on the Fox it measures 100mm. But if I measure the exposed stanchion on the Reba it's not even 90mm. I have removed all the spacers from the spring in this fork. On the trail the Fox feels much plusher and it feels like I have more travel. So why isn't my Reba giving me 100mm? Or is it..?
  16. Ja, I use toothpaste.
  17. Never saw the point of 29er dual sussers anyway.
  18. OK, so let me ask you guys this. I ride a hardtail (Pyga), but I want to get an enduro type bike. I'm sized between a medium & a large, but my hardtail is a large. Should I be looking at a medium frame for a longish travel dually? Or should I stick with the large frame & short stem like I have currently? Reason I ask is this Mojo that I rode this weekend was a medium. And it felt pretty good - not as cramped as I expected.
  19. Zat yours? I rode one of these yesterday. Have to say I was shocked how quick this bike is for all the travel.
  20. That fork looks the shizz.
  21. Ok, tx. I wonder what the chain suck on that thing will be like when it gets worn..? Could be hectic.
  22. OK, still not convinced. Maybe I'll chuck my front derailleur for a ride or two and turn my clutch on.
  23. Maybe I'm being doff, but what do you gain by running an XX1 ring on the front with your existing 10 spd cassette? Why don't you just use a single 10 spd ring in the front?
  24. Here's a real XX1 question that I can't find between the SRAM/Shimano war... Could I put a Wolf chainring on my SLX crank and buy a X01 setup at the back?
  25. Try adding a link and see what happens.
