  7. pop the bearings in the freezer, and warm up the frame with a hairdryer, and they should just pop in.

  12. Johan, I though that the worn chain affects the chain rings and cassette, so if you use three chains, do you not slow the wear on rings and cassette??

  17. Shimano, might not be the lightest. or the flashest, but definitely the most reliable!!!!
  18. I agree with the meths and burning thing. When you done, you can drink the rest of the meths!! (just don't forget to pour meths through some bread for a smother tasting drink...) PS: you might want to compliment the meths drink with some BB tobacco and news paper.

  22. HI B The machine shop just made the reducers, he made them to fit the bushes, as there was also slight ware on the bushes, but not enough to have to replace them.
  23. Hi J I "think" vesconite is a little harder than nylon. Not sure, as I have never machined/drilled it myself.
