  2. that dose sort of make sense.
  3. I am a little over 6ft and I ride a large. I think the the medium would probably be all right for you.
  4. I have a fitness related question (possibly a silly question) Here is the scenario. (let exclude weekend rides - lets base this on a monday to friday) What will make a person stronger. two x two hour sessions a week at 75-90 percent pace,(I am totally stuffed after wards) or four x two hour session, but slightly easier, with a few 90 percent efforts. (I am still tired after wards, but I am not completely shot)
  5. second that!!!

  8. HI I have used the standard Anthem X1 tyres (Maxxis +mark Folding) on my 819 UST rims, and had no issues. Just an idea.
  9. They are quite expensive. Do you think they are that much better than a jungle oats Bar?? My LBS had fast fuel bars on special for R10-00 a bar(they were almost out of date!!), I bought 20, then froze them.
  10. Awsome place, with loads of un taped potential for a MTB!!!
  11. I rode over a pallet once, and had a huge nail through my tyre. Stans sealed the Tyre. (although I did have to ad a little ore air.)

  13. Try a Fizik Gobi XM for MTB, not for everyone, but great for some.
  14. Sorry about the poor spelling, I was in a hurry when I wrote it. The "inner tube strip thing" works great, you can also cut different thickness strips, for size different holes. When u get home, u just trim off the excess from the outside.
  15. awsome, this is what I love about forums, you have a question, and it gets answered, thanks guys!!!
  16. a pcie of inner tube cut reall thin (like a strip) some glue and a tiny screw driver. Put glue on the pice of inner tune, and fold it over the screw driver and just stick it in the hole. I hope that made sense.
  17. ok so, If I was to pump a bicycle tyre on top of everest to 3bars, then bring the same tyre and pum/gaguge down to sea level, the reading would be less? laike maybe 1.5 bars, due to the additional air pressure at sea level affecting the guage reading? And what the h3ll dose a cat have to do with it??
  18. I was just wonderig about it. Dont worrie, I not oing to try ride up kili....
  19. lol, thats what I thought? But, will it affect they way a Tyre feels at altitude?
  20. What ever happened with this project??
  21. Hi Passably a silly question which I think I know the answer to, but here goes anyway. Dose outside air pressure (ie sea level vs 2000m above sea level) affect shock/fork air pressure?
  22. this is nice!!! http://reviews.roadbikereview.com/files/2009/08/desalvoroad01.jpg
