Running will keep your weight down and keep your legs strong. You dont need to run 3 hours! eish. Rather run between 1-2 hours and adjust you pace accourding to your fitness and "feel" that is what i will say...

i ride in that area, not all the routes are save. Are you talking about MTB or road. When summer comes i will start cycling 5am again...

thanks guys! last photo of the day. I will remove the black disk from the back wheel later. They can really save cost by not putting reflectors on the wheels. Really nice ones. I must say the bike looks really good in real life, better than the pic... Only problem now is to get the bike home without my wife knowing... next step will be a set of Zipp 404's ...

i dont have carbon grease for the seat post. Can one apply a little WB grease..?? Yip it is a AR4
