i ride in that area, not all the routes are save. Are you talking about MTB or road. When summer comes i will start cycling 5am again...

thanks guys! last photo of the day. I will remove the black disk from the back wheel later. They can really save cost by not putting reflectors on the wheels. Really nice ones. I must say the bike looks really good in real life, better than the pic... Only problem now is to get the bike home without my wife knowing... next step will be a set of Zipp 404's ...

i dont have carbon grease for the seat post. Can one apply a little WB grease..?? Yip it is a AR4

i am biased .... The scott spark is an awesome bike and the carbon ones even better. if you want a fast light weight good qauilty bike scott spark is it!

Ek stuur aan vir julle: Hi guys, Here is a photo of the bike jacker Dominic and company caught on Saturday morning. He was taken to Lyttelton SAP and is in police custody. Thanks to Dominic, Niel and everyone else who was involved in catching this creature. He is "allegedly" part of the bike jacking syndicate (his admission). Please forward this photo to every cyclist you know and ask them in turn to circulate it as well. Maybe someone will recognize him. These guys have apparently been getting off at the Irene and Pinedene stations, hence the bike jackings in that area. This guy was caught on the south side of Pinedene station area where the grass is still long. Thankfully the grass around the shooting range/cement factory area has been burnt and there is now good visibility.

ek het die race en roete baie geniet... maar ek stem saam. R90 vir niks ... - lang wag vir nommers - geen goodie vir jou inskrywing - hulle kon maklik 1 waterpunt by die grondpad gesit het. - swak einde waterpunt met lang ry - lang wag om by die plek uit te kom na die race. die koste om die race te hou is baie min! mens het amper geen marshals nodig ook nie. wat sou dit geneem het om 1 metro polisie te kry om mens by die venue uit te help? hulle het om die draai gestaan en boets uitskryf... ek gan hennops rivier race maar skip.. sal wel weer daar in groenkloof gaan hardloop op my eie.. o'ja ps: die mense op die roete is baie nice en die girls is hot hot!
