Material, you get the square patterned material and the other, more traditional with small, round holes. I went square because I liked the print quality it offered. The zips refers to whether you want a 1/4, a 3/4 or a full zip as well as whether you want a hidden zip or open. A hidden zip offers a cleaner design as it doesn't break the printing.

You'll have to look for someone without a setup cost. On my list here, I don't have any set up cost shown for Anatomic. Their quote on a run of 10 was around R525 per item (quite an old quote so costs may have changed).

I found guys that could do 10 but the prices really came down when I pushed the quantity up to 30. Turnaround times varied from 3-5 weeks. Set up fees (once off cost) also varied from around R250 to R1500. Rage and Panda had the higher set up fees but if you're planning to do repeat runs it's worth it.

I've been riding for well over eight months and I can tell you that a bunny hop without cleats is impossible. Yes, you can do a wheelie into a buck jump thing like the pros but you can't do a straight up and down bunny hop with flat pedals unless you use a suspension bike and you set it to be very bouncy. It's actually scientifically impossible. I know it looks like Danny Macaskill does those but if you look closely in his videos you can see that he actually uses velcro on the bottom of his shoes and pedals.

The bike was on top of me when I woke up so technically I never left it, just mixed the positions up a bit.

On a bit of an injury break at the moment so seems like a good time to start fiddling with the bike. It's a Meta 5.5 currently setup as a 3x9 but I'd like to drop it to a 1x9 for the sake of simplicity. Is that a reasonable idea or is 2x9 a better fit for AM?
