Here is what I propose: This is what is currently in place, YELLOW route up the old single track. Used to be a lot better coming down but it is what it is. The RED route goes down the jeep track. This is not an issue most of the time but on Saturdays it is! That is the same jeep track PARKRUN comes up. It's a nightmare. The new route will make use of the other side of the single track for the route route to go down. This mean you don't share the route going in the opposite direction of Parkrun (you only cross it). Now we can enjoy the single track decent again!

I for one would like to see a separate line coming down the powerlines, that last downhill. Something jumpy and flowy. There is a huge area they can work with, maybe even bring in DirtLab to do it. The great thing is that it is right next to that tar road so the ambulance can access it easily (Busamed is right there) The road also makes an easy pedal up. Shuttle days can be organised easily as well! There is also such a nice option for an A-ish line over some rocks in the below area. So often I have been temped to just bomb it over there.

I'm also doing the monster so I couldn't spend a grand on one weekend of racing! If it's not for the big big Juma I would be keen? The monster is also a nice excuse to take it chilled and just enjoy the route
