    Ok, not looking for a argument, but have you considered the carbon footprint that is left due to transport ect for the veggies ect that you buy? Large scale production on farms, then moving the veggies ect to the market or supermarket, where you buy it. So if you take that into consideration, the amount of greenhouse gasses released just to transport veggies and fruits, also contribute to pollutionalong with the methane gas released by cows. But anyway, each to its own.

    With the increase in working hours, not having proper mtb trails within 50km from home,we bit the bullet and started our own little pain cave. We both enjoy zwift, interval workouts ect,so this is our progress so far. Walls are a bit empty, canvasses still need to be placed on the walls as well as medal hangers. Using a Wahoo Kickr, 32” Tv linked to laptop, fan and mobile A/C unit and wifi for internet connectivity, and the obligatory speaker unit (Sony sound unit).

    So we are at the KZN South coast for this week,started at clearwater trails,going to Lake Eland,Burry stander MYB park. What other trails are on the SC worth going to? Saw trails at Rocky Bay resort,who rode those trails,and how safe is it for 2 people to ride?
