personally= never run/walk distance...it kills your cycling the next 2 times you ride.......and it hurts

any wheels for training...101's are very rare, and wil be super expensive, get easton ec90 sl or the slx, good enough for training and racing.

get a giant it will never break and its a good frame,stiff,strong and climbs realy nicely =)

22km long, 11km up 11km down...enjoy that run...next year. havent doen it in ages so its fine.

35c ??? its got normal road tires on it..... will be tough on the gravel part? how much harder? able to keep up with the mtb bikes? the road will be perfect.....

probably not a good idea..use cable ties to fasten ur bottle cages to the seat post....

one revolution whether its at the hub or the rim makes no diffrence on spin around is one spin around...all the same speed only diffrence the outside(rim) looks faster than hub as it has to move for longer....

Lance getting scared next to the development rider...did anyone warn him of the dnagers?

Only 3 bike manufactures, and all your frames come from either one of them...look at the ktm tt bike and the cervelo p3....um diffrent stickers....

Argus...although he is very big still not as big as the argus as most people wont see him so they not worried or concerened about him....... argus is more important to most than seeing lance because he wont even speak to you if you doo meet him....
