Are you doing any huck to flats? where do the frames keep on breaking? What size rotor were you running on the back to crack the frame, back wheel hops? but like said before maybe go for a trail bike, something like the Cotic BFE, a friend put one through torture and somehow it survived.

What an awesome weekend Did the Enduro and 40km and loved every mm of it. Definitely some of the best riding in SA, a must do for any cyclist.

I put up a tripple arrow warning sign when the council excavated that trench by Jan Smuts, It was removed and thrown into the trench within a week, probably by someone who thought it deserved more than a 3 down arrow. I have heard of many people falling in there since. Personally I think having a bigger lip will stop more people from thinking they can just roll it. I have ended myself on a gap jump, that was marked with little red flags. Yes it sucked big time but it was my fault for not looking at the trail before I tried the jumps. just saying.

I ended myself on a GREEN trail Tyres for me will be a new set of Excavators, apparently they grip well and last a lifetime.

Yes, I started off on the GT Zaskar Trials frame which has a very similar geometry to a DJ frame. The things that make the biggest difference to a DJ setup is a long stem (120mm), riser bars, 22-18 gearing and good brakes.
