Exotic bikes those. Couple of mates of mine had a Zundapp and a Kreidler. they raced down the Blue route lying flat on the seat and tank with legs out the back. I've just reread my post and see it appears that the bike for sale is mine. It's not. I just posted it as it's in Cape Town and would be easier to view. and, of course, cheaper wrt transport costs. But then, of course, that road trip to get to know your bike is always the one you remember..

Hairy, That's a discontinued model and was replaced by the 1200. It has a strong following but you must bear in mind its age. Air-cooled, no ABS or electronics etc. Still a BMW and sold bike but just remember its age and limitations. Having said that, I must say it looks to be in good nick and if properly maintained, should give many happy kms.

True but it makes no sense for an adult to be responsible for a sibling's behaviour just because of birth status. What if it imperils the financial status of the person held responsible? Why are the children's interests more important than the sibling's interests? Neither brought about the situation. As someone has posted, what if this were carried over to criminal situations? Say my brother murders someone. Can I then be liable for support of his dependents? Seems very harsh.

I note also with a great sense of relief that it also relates specifically to children and not spouses. Steven Knoetze, did your fiance's ex act on that advice? If so, what happened?

Geez, if I end of having to pay maintenance for my brother's wife, he's going to be in a heap of trouble. Pain too.

Quick question for discussion: Do you think that riding a mountain bike (for those of you that do) helps on a dual sport motorbike when off-road? In particular with factors such as reflexes, balance, body posture. Or do you think it is in fact a disadvantage?
