We do what we can... But if you actually read all the posts, its got very little to do with a fake bike. It has everything to do with spineless, 'boggerol-integrity' business practices, fraud, corruption, and customers being done in by idiots wanting a quick buck. They are definitely guilty of supplying customers with fake frames and parts, so much has been established (even in their letter and conversations with OP they didn't deny it). What we are unsure of is how deep the rabbit hole goes....

Who ever really checks the invoice immediately? 20/20 hindsight. If it was me at that moment I'd be more interested in taking new bike home and riding it, rather than scrutinizing every part of the invoice... So I'll merrily and blissfully stuff the receipt in my back pocket and take my bike home. It might be that one of the bike shop dudes are running an underground scam, but surely this cannot go unnoticed as a pino is assembled and transported through the shop. These guys are dirty plain and simple.
