Had ITB release operation 16 years ago. (road running) Saw my Dr 4 weeks ago. Cortisone injection sorted pain out but itch is still there. I am doing a lot more cross training and stretching - seems to help.

My ITB started as an itch. Itch starts normally after about 10km.

In my mind the problem is not the fact that it uses bushes. (SLX OEM also using bushes). I do not like the fact that it is an universal kit. There are a different sized bushes available for different applications. (see sample image)

Don't want to hijack your thread but I recently had to replace my jockey wheels. Top one broke in half 20km into Hazeldean race. Chain jumped so much that I choose not to finish race. Why would this happen? LBS only had a pair of BBB wheels in stock. I did not like idea of all the bushes. LBS stripped a new Shimano SLX and sold OEM wheels to me for R200.

I do not want to ruin an innocent cyclist's career because my facts were incorrect.

I competed in the Nigel Suikerbosrand MTB race today. The 75km was tough but well organised. A friend of mine overheard a family discussing their son's steroid usage. The person discussed finished under the top 10. I can understand that you want to win but doping should be taken very seriously. Please guys and girls - keep it real.

I am planning to Leave from Edenglen (Virgin Active - Karaglen) at about 05:00 (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays) Route is as follows: Up Harris LH Sandvale (Becomes Brabazon, Andre Greyvensteyn) LH Pretoria RH Albatros LH Great North Atlas RH Elizabeth RH Ridge RH at Diesel Depot LH at RTT Up SKF hill Past Emperors and SAA LH at Southern Sun RH Pretoria LH Andre Greyvensteyn, Becomes Brabazon RH in Harris. Virgin Active - Karaglen This is +- 33,5km Pace - easy (<70%max) The route has a lot of streetlights (except parts of Atlas) I am flexible and times / route can be adjusted to suit partner/s. If there are excisting groups please let me know. I would like to join.

Hi All I recently made my first claim with Cyclesure. The service was excellent. The claim was settled without any issues. I can recommend this company.

I wanted to sell but I took her to Cyclelab for a setup. Turned out that she was the right size - just felt awkward because I've never been on F/S bike. I could drop the seatpost when things got technical. I am a but buggerd. Was in hospital until Friday. Had to get facial reconstruction surgery. Seeing doc again today. I might have a CSF leak. (cerebral spinal fluid) Happened at CR Swart Bridge.
