  2. I am diabetic and drink tons of water. I swear by "Zinmag ZMA Sport" (Drink one morning and one evenings) Haven't had any cramps in months. A friend started drinking it with fantastic results.

  4. Back to normal. Formatted GPS. (FAT32 - not quick) Manually created all folders. Installed fresh copy of 3.2. Created new profiles.

  8. The Garmin's graphs are rubbish. Look at the time on the bottom one - I was slow but not THAT slow. Completed the race in 3:58.(Graph shows closer to 5:15) I'll revert to firmware 3.20 for now.

  11. Hi All My Edge 705 firmware is 3.30. How do you interpret my elevation / distance graph? - just to show those hills were crazy..... but only much later in the race. Any ideas how to fix this? ( going back to Polar is not a reasonable suggestion)

  15. Did anybody measure the 35km route with a gps. want to know what "actual" distance was. I've measured 63.81 for the 70km race. Any comments on this? Where can I get the photos?
  16. 98.1 Dietitian at "Center for Diabetes" worked out a plan for me. Did a lot of cycling this weekend. (Almost 6 hours in the saddle)

  20. Saw a "commuter" walking next to the road with an Easton Front Wheel and tyre in his hands. Looked wrong. Maybe he just got it back from LBS......
