  1. As far as I can recall there is no such service. If push comes to shove the start is not to far away from the finish. Think it's about 5km or so.
  2. Bloem would probably be fair to all !
  3. The turnout for the Eastern Cape event is not even worth writing about.
  4. The only thing that put me off about this unit was the sealed battery design. If something goes wrong it would appear it's basically becomes a paper weight. But for the price I was prepared to take the risk. Will have to wait and see it it gives issues. Hopefully by then you would have sorted yours out.
  5. Thanks ! Good to know
  6. what shop did you dource the Pirelli pzero TLR tires from ?
  7. Yes i believe so. Looks cleaner
  8. Parlee RZ7 is a nice frame. Just not a fan of proprietary stem and handlebr.
  9. What groupset are you planning on using ?
  10. Would depend on what your requirements are. Aero, climbing bike, endurance, all rounder etc etc. Also different brands different geometry.
  11. I just checked on mine. Once I spin the crank to wake it up the green led pulses every 5s or so. Then turn on cell phone Bluetooth and it finds it. Not sure if there is a hard reset available as everything is sealed on these units.
  12. Else : 􏚲. Turn the crank to make the power meter wake up and the LED will twinkling blue. 􏚳. Search and connect the power meter on the bike computer. 􏚴. Connect the device named XPOWER-S XXXX if using Bluetooth.
  13. If origional owner and bought it locally you could perhaps get it warrantied. Think Black Marlin are the distributors. Or try log a fault with them see if they can suggest anything. https://xcadey.com/xpower-s-replacement-service/
  14. Does the led on the unit come on ? I know of someone that had problems charging the unit turned out to be a bad connection between charger plug and spider.
  15. If it sounds to good to be true then....... Personally I would be hesitant to buy form an online store based in Indonesia.
  16. You will pay local UK tax on the product. Then when it gets couriered will pay SA imports and local taxes on the couriered parcel at the amout declared. So normally this is not really a good option.
  17. you can try https://wheelbuilder.co.za/
  18. If I had the choice I would build a set of Nextie Rims with DT Swiss 240 hubs or Aviee light weight Hubs. Doubt any local rims will be able to compete.
  19. When I have had issues with them before a quick complaint on Hello Peter seemed to have sorted the problem out rather quickly. Looks like Andrew reads the comments on that platdform regularly. However emailing him directly would probably get an even faster response.
  20. Let me chip in here. I have had the privilege of taking part in a few real life local races with the athlete in question. All I can comfortably say is that there is a definite discrepancy between his IRL performances and Zwift performances. Will leave it there.
  21. They used to be the agents for BMC. I have purchased some frame spares from them before.
  22. I havnt had any issues with GCN, currently on a 200 Meg line. However my ISP has had a issue for the last week connection keeps dropping off and disrupts feed annoying.
  23. Depending on the length you require could easily be made by someone with a lathe and some knowledge.
  24. The Praxis uses a 28mm insert on the one side pressed into a 30mm bearing. You could salvage a insert and press into one side of normal pf30 bb.
  25. Doubt you can get an oem SRAM spindle as aftermarket spare. You may have to look at a Cannondale 30mm spindle it should work.
