Hey mamps, what can I say, without you there is NO Hub ride!!!

OK, I am so confused!! We held a poll to decide where the next Hub ride should take place. The poll clearly shows it must be held on the West Rand. So the date of 6th September was decided upon on the West Rand. Now I see it is being held thru SBR!! Eish!!

Due to obvious reasons, this ride will NOT take place!! Sorry for the inconvenience!

Use Johnson & Johnson's Nipple Cream!! Apply twice a day and you are sorted!!

The much anticipated HUB ride will take place on the West Rand on the 6th September 2009 (Sunday). It is a Road ride but you can come along on your MTB. Generally the pace will be as fast as the slowest rider. It is a social ride. Meeting Venue, Route & Distance will be communicated later. Thanks to Wolverine & Slave for initiating this. Captain Slow will provide Lead Vehicle Mallo will provide back-up trailer slowpoke will provide Thinkbike marshalls so, peeps, who is in? Captain Slow

In my opinion, riding with an iPod is dangerous for you as the cyclist. You cannot hear what's happening around you and it is also illegal!! Use it only with 1 ear piece, that way you can still hear what's going on around you.

WW, I support your view of one-way communication and think it is a great idea. That, imho, will be better than no communication at all!
