    Yes, the cleat on the shoe wears out from walking in the shoes. Simple to solve - just replace the cleats. But make sure the screw head is clean before trying to remove it. If that screw strips, bastard to drill out....

    I find regular grease is too thick for prawls. So i mix a bit of clear grease with wet lube to make it more liquid.... works well

    I had an xtr cassette which creaked like mad. Turned out to be loose rivets...

    Try greasing the derailleur hanger and bolt that fixes the derailleur to the hanger

    The secret to 100% shifting with new Shimano 12 speed (apart from the given clean cables and straight hanger) is finding the mark on the back of the derailleur indicating the right amount of B-tension... Will try find a picture
