I honestly believe Ozil is a huge part of the problem. Not because he isn't in the squad but because he is still in the dressing room. A player that cost 42mil 8 years ago and is currently on 350K a week should be doing more. here are his stats for the last three season as a No. 10; 17/18 played 35 games scored 5 goals 18/19 played 35 games scored 6 goals 19/20 played 23 games scored 1 goal You then have players like Saka and Rowe-Smith on 3K a week and they have done more for the team. Because of Covid the whole team bar Ozil and one other took pay cuts. He then trolls social media and constantly undermines the hierarchy and coach. Openly states he'll rather collect his 350k paycheck than go play football elsewhere for less money. The man is toxic and until he leaves in the UK summer we won't be able to start the healing process. There is a reason the last three managers haven't relied on him like Wenger did and to be honest IMHO i think Wenger would have stayed longer and had better performances from the team if he canned Ozil years ago.
  2. Ag no SeaBee. Really hope that's not the case. Are you entered in for the 50km, Relay or 25km?

  4. I've owned two Synapse's before. A 2011 Aluminium which this looks very similar spec wise but with a white coat of paint where mine was black. The other was a carbon 2018 (Which i did my 1st full Ironman on with clip on Bars) which is totally different component wise. The synapse tech is aimed to promote an all day riding experience which can cover various bumpy terrain. much like the spez roubaix. IT's geometry is "less" racy but way more forgiving on SA roads than my Supersix Evo. Enjoy it.

it's mind boggling how rugby and cricket have been able to use technology for decades yet football is either to stubborn or too stupid to take notes of systems that work and tweak it for their own purpose.

  17. Here's how Primoz Roglič anticipated the stage at the start: "We’ll see how it goes, I feel good. I did a good stage yesterday, it’s beautiful to be back in red. Today is a new day, a new challenge. It’s very windy so it should be nervous. There’s another beautiful climb in the end and I think we’ll go full gas again.”
