    After receiving a forwarded text claim some stuffs about the Covid i googled it and some statements are true so thought i would share: Apple reopened all 42 of their stores in China on Friday China closed down its last Covid19 temp hospital as their aren't enough new cases Dutch researchers at Erasmus Medical center find antibodies against the virus cleveland Clinic developed a test that shows results in hours not days..there are about another 10 statements but as i haven't verified them i shan't post them here. So there might still be time for this thing to run its course before you comrades start your run. not all is doom and gloom.

    The 140.6 12 week plan you put me onto a few years ago before my 1st IM but wanted to do a base plan first but can only find the USA 12 week base for free which has 4 days run week one and 1 day run week two (repeated throughout) which i'm not to keen on. might just do the 140.6 12 week plan at lower intensity as a base plan instead, whats your opinion?

    Would have kept me awake too if I was a spud. To be honest after the Villa game, when he came out and acknowledged their fight and gave them credit and didn't do his usual BS i thought maybe he has matured and will do great thing at White Hart lane. But alas he seems to be back to his old self.
