  1. Same here. In Spam nogal 😃
  2. The results of the 99er and the PP tour have not yet been taken into consideration for the seedings on the Finish Time page so it will still have to be adjusted.
  3. Yes, they have adjusted the seeding on racetec but not (yet) on the Cycle tour website.
  4. During the interview after the race Pidcock mentioned that he had a gear issue and had to nurse his gears during the last few laps. That could be the reason why Gaze made up some ground near the end.

    Vuelta 2022

I think the reason why some people found the Vuelta a bit boring is because there was no rider who could really compete with Evenepoel for GC. It was the same last year when Roglic hardly had any competition.

    Vuelta 2022

It was a very good home race for Spain with Ayuso on the podium and the Rodriques holding on for a top ten despite his injuries.

In a way I can understand Remco's behaviour. He is doing everything he can to avoid contact with people outside the "bubble" while the fan also did not even have the courtesy to allow him time to take off his helmet and wipe the sweat from his face. Re Primoz I agree with you. If he must speak out every time he crashes he will spend more time talking then riding.

    Vuelta 2022

According to Mathieu van der Poel he is only borderline - arrogant

    Vuelta 2022

It is a very good signing for EF Education. Gritty rider and a true racer whose only real weakness is the ITT. I was surprised that Ineos "allowed" him to go especially as there is probably still uncertainty about the recovery of Bernal.

    Vuelta 2022

People who refuse to believe that Evenepoel is the new Merckx do it at their own risk 😀

    Vuelta 2022

It is interesting to note that both Yates and Sivakov had excellent time trials only the day before positive Covid tests forced them out.

    Vuelta 2022

This is the first time that Roglic was beaten in an IT during a Vuelta

    Vuelta 2022

I do not want to jinx Remco but I am already licking my lips for a battle in the 2023 TdF between him, Pogacar and Vingegaard. Patrick Lefevere must just play along and recruit one or 2 climbers to support Remco.
  14. I agree. None of the other GC riders in the Ineos stable are strong enough to realistically challenge Pogacar, Vingegaardt and Roglic for the TdF victory as they are just not good enough against the clock. Even at his best Egan will also struggle for the same reason. Such a move might also provide Roglic with his best chance to win a TdF ishould Ineos offer him a guaranteed leadership role with full team backing.
  15. Not a chance. I was expecting Pidcock or Matthews to take the sprint today but Impey pleasantly surprised me. Not bad at all for a 37year old.
  16. It is a bit strange that Vaughter has done so much in depth research about Padum during his time at Bahrain but does not know whether the team has a nutritionist.
  17. I had similar frustrations with tubeless set ups ( mainly Conti 500TL's). If it works it is brilliant though and therefore I will probably never switch permanently back to tubes. If anything goes wrong the week before a race again I will however just play it safe and use tubes for the race.
  18. How did it go? Tubeless or tubed?
  19. She is probably the only under 15 girl in history to do a sub 3
  20. Nice to see that the 2018 Cape Town Cycle Tour Girls under 15 winner is the new junior ladies world champion
  21. Incredible effort by Ganna in beating Wout and the crowd today. Tough luck to Wout but at least he has another very good chance in a week's time.
  22. This race continues to be very exciting with a new leader every day. Pity about the crash but nevertheless a great sprint by Hayter who is quickly developing into a top versatile rider.
  23. Some proper racing I thought Alaphilipe was going to take it. This race has been excellent so far- good terrain, great scenery and some real proper racing.
  24. I have been using Isadore merino wool baselayer for the last 4 years... it is 10 times better than cotton.. worth every cent It is difficult to explain why it is so good, it just is.
  25. They did not manage the situation after he crashed well over the last few kilometers and lost even more time as a result. Only Nizzolo seemed to be aware that the rider who crashed could not hold on and needed assistance.
