  1. Download "Garmin training centre" and use the online version-far more options then the disc. As far as heart rates not being read-just research from your device and it should be sorted, even when changing a battery
  2. Bryton??is that a village name? Stick with Garmin
  3. It's age that aint the bike creaking-hehe
  4. Anthems do crack if your a big fella(90kg +) i have personally seen 2 crack with mates on the trail. They are now on Specialized
  5. Good,Better,Specialized
  6. No misprint. Pricing is changed via an admin office which alters the pricing ,sending it down to the scales at store level.
  7. If you building it up-hell go with your heart . Its gotta be exactly what you think will give you the most joy. Most frames within your price range will be of superior build
  8. 'im probably way too late but these are robust http://www.amazon.com/YBIKE-Balance-Bike/dp/B003NGGEO4/ref=zg_bs_2492943011_3
  9. 1.7m and ride an Epic comp medium with a 50mm stem-great feel and handles well for me
  10. Make a full recovery!-praying for you and your family

    Cricket......

Steyn will come out firing big time on day four. If we get a sniff of cloud cover, that ball will go to town with Steyn behind the handlebars
  12. Good,Better,Specialized! just saying hahaha
  13. What lack of knowledge??STD practice on NEW bikes maybe, but why was his previous wheel not off?
  14. Noob he only wants to spend 3k lol. Its about owning the bike-nothing to do with new? just puting it out there
  15. wheres the hills bro?
  16. http://www.thehubsa....2-momsen-al100/ nothing wrong with this? can probably pick it up for R2700.
  17. Stay here and get a 2nd hand quality bike. When you are ready to upgrade, you will get a better return too. It will have better components then the standard cheapy which will loose 50% value when you walk out the shop.
  18. Just for the record-i did the first Dusi2C earlier this year and we did it with GPS only. The maps were downloaded from the sight and off we went. Not a single team got lost but there was a few wrong turns on day 1 but it was a huge success. I'm pretty sure that stage racing will swing this way in the near future,so if you have the extra bucks go for the Garmin 800 or one that can download maps.
  19. true, never even considered that.thanks for the headsup.
  20. just crazy stuff going on here bud?? Do NOT file my bike EVER! I would not stand down from this crap-they should cover all costs and maybe even look at the qualifications of the team at your local bikers joint?
  21. Toyota(Garmin) or Tata(Bryton)???? say no more
  22. what riding do you do? If you ride hard then i recommend ZTR If you are gentle on your bike American classic both are great!
  23. Part2:can you finally say your bike is 100% correct?
  24. Finally i can say my bike rides like no other i have owned before, and that don't happen often. The stem was custom made in USA(some guy was going into liquidation) and weighs 128g. For me its an all around machine! I am only 1.7m but do not like the feeling of a small frame as i feel top heavy. i Went with a medium frame and a 50mm stem-perfection! 60km rides with no more lower back pain, sore wrists or numb ass. oh and the bead work is from the villages at our sleep over spot on Dusi2C.
  25. your status says you from jhb correct? why the Durban stadium in the back ground? just curious
