Can you do the 6 day event solo?

The entry fee is R9000 per rider (R18000) per team of two including VAT.

I am going to enter the 2013 6 day event. IMHO wihtout having ridden this or the Epic it must be the best value for money multi day event 6 days first the Berg and Bush last the last 3 Sani2C, what a jol

Anybody have the actual weight of a RS SID XX not the website weight?

What is the actual weight of the RockShox SID XX World Cup 100mm 29er, 15mm thru axel with tapered streerer VS FOX F32 RLC 100mm with 15mm thru axel and tapered steerer And any comments on how each fork rides?

I have the Easton bars and they are super strong. Stronger than any ali bars I have ever owned.

Did you use carbon paste/ assembly paste

If you take a big enough fall you can snap/bend ali bars. I ride with carbon bars and have taken a few falls and my bars are 100%, I think it more about what bars you buy I.E a reputable brand.

I would guess the IKON's would be the best, I just bought a pair but havent fitted them yet, I will give feedback once I have done a few miles on them

Does anybody on the hub have any experince with the Ibike power meters?

Looks are great pedals takes a bit of time to get them set up nicely but after you get used to them you wont regret buying a set. Back up service is also excellent, I had an issue with the one bearing going after only a few months and the supplier Mr Look swapped them out no problems.

Any other user experinces

I am looking to join an early morning ride and the cradle is not too far from me.

Do you do any morning rides? During the week?

Lekker photos of VG, brings back good memories of gooing it on the ST, I need to get back on the bike been a few months since I have ridden but things are warming up so no more excuses. I need to build up some fitness before I hit VG but that will be my reward!

Did you guyd ride? will you be doing this ride again soon?

Would the rides only be on weekend or would you be able to arrange something in the mornings? I am looking to get some moring rides setup in the North riding area.
