What are the duties on frames? I am looking to get a frame from Competitve cyclist.

I am 175cm which size SC tallboy would I need? Some people say Medium and other say Large?

Looks like people recon you should get the SC nomad which is VPP looking at your post, I am waiting to get my SC tallboy. I have heard good and bad things about the suspension, I am currently riding the Anthem X29er so I imagine they will ride similiarily to each other.

For all round riding so lets say 100mm travel bit of XC and a bit of Single track but never doing big jumps etc

There are so many choices, I am interested to find out which one is the most highly regarded amoungst the popular suspension platforms

I need to get some form of fitness going in the small amount of time left until the Sani2c Race. What do the experts suggest? Running during the week for 60 minutes x2 per week with x1 60 minute interval on IDT or Spinning bike OR Just do all 3 60 minute sessions on the IDT or spinning bike. OR Just do X3 60 minute runs Then on Weekends 3-4 hour high intesisty rides at 85% average HR Advice please

Hubs are the same, it should be cheaper to by a 26" bike off the hub rather than move parts over etc.

They not discountinued, the local agent is just choosing to focus on 29ers only, I see that they still have the 26" models listed on the site so maybe they have decided to bring them in due to popular demand Only the Fuel EX9.9 is sold as a frameset and it sells for about R25 000
