    I've been thinking about this for a long time. Sounds like you need to convert your SS to a cyclocross bike!

    Same here. I rode with gears three times this week. My SS gear is just too tall for me at the moment. What I really should be doing though is changing the gear to something more manageable... Laziness is a terrible thing.

    I suppose I should have said what I suffered from... I couldn't stop cramping. This wasn't just during exercise. I would cramp at night while sleeping, or during the day sitting at the table.... Sodium has completely stopped this. The only cramping I experience now is when I race very hard... Which I attribute to not enough hard work..

    So. 5 weeks off the bike (and off commuting) takes more than 3 weeks to repair. Man, I'm struggling!

    I'm really impressed. Loved these socks this morning. I tried the race version in my 5.10's and they were awesome. Feet stayed nice and cool. I'll try the trails tomorrow.

    Tried them on my massive feet, and they fit! Can't wait to ride in them.... They are super comfy.
