    Prices have favored the second hand market. u will get a good deal just wait it out, they do fly fast tho so u must be watching constantly and if u set up alerts, they only pop up instant notifications for bike plus members

    The newer models wheel wells are wider to fit thicker tyres.not sure of model number tho.Older models can fit upto around 2.4 tyres, atleast my thule rack.

    I have my lyne tool for a year with zero surface rust. Folks maybe sweating too much onto there multitools ???? lol

    Awesome work on that DIY I was in similar predicament with 24 inch bike or 26 xs, luckily got a good deal on a 26xs

    I usually give my multitool and stainless steels bolts a nice rinse clean, let dry then spray q20 on them and seems to keep them in good nic, lyne multitool aswell

    R5k is a tough budget for something decent. Try looking for specialized rockhopper or silverback sola 1, sola 2, sola 4. Giant Talon Momsen al series Will all most likely have coil forks though, try to aim for air fork but will be tough search.

    I haven't found any conclusive on Google starting just need to upgrade shafts alone. My view was also the damper needs to match the airshaft, unless the damper is already upto 140mm compatible I'm hoping droo from stoke will give some input to hopefully tel me i only need the airshaft and no need to give out additonal cash

    I'm not sure which either. But seems like I can just upgrade the airshaft to make it 140mm? No need for the charger upgrade too?
