I bought a bag of beans from truth and it had a pebble in it! Almost killed my breville machine. Big mission to get it cleaned post and now it sounds like it IS grinding rocks! Anyone else had a similar experience? Or worse, a repeat experience? Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk

Two of my development riders lost their homes last night in the Hout Bay fire, but are adamant they want to race tomorrow. One of them is starting in & and have a real chance of a sub 3. They barely slept last night and have no food. Managed to get a couple of basics from Checkers We scrambled this morning and managed to get gear together to get them on the road tomorrow morning. These guys have a lot courage. True warriors. In the second picture is Yibenathi, who is the & rider mentioned above.

For those who are interested - I am involved in the Hout Bay Cycling Club, an NPO for teenagers out of the local squatter camp to get involved in cycling. After a year of hard work, two of the guys will be starting in & (second bunch) and one with me and Spidey in @ (third bunch) We will be doing an hour's warm up ride from the circle at Princess and Main Roads in Hout Bay to Noordhoek and back starting at 7:30 on Saturday. Please join us if you can.

... That's if the aunties on Hout BayOrganised don't donner you first! Hell I had a good laugh today. You will note I intervened as well
