Hi had Pog's spare bike ready just in case he needed it. What a tour!

Barney came to an untimely demise a couple of weeks ago when the chainstay cracked. Thanks to Barry at Pyga for hooking me up with a new one, no repairs on this bike! Then off to Carbon Bike Repair where Mike and Paulo worked their magic to give Barney some new clothes along with some personal touches for my daughter. All rounded out nicely with XX1 and my trusty Trickstuff Piccolas.

What duties did you get hit on the clothes? I only did bicycle parts as I know those are duty free.

Just received my first delivery of specifically non-locally-available products. Around a well and otherwise a smooth process including the Vat payment. Ordered foam cable damping for the down tube, oil slick bolts that I could not find anywhere locally, and a universal brake bleed kit (that I have since seen on Takealot for R90 less :S). Time to go build the resprayed Pyga now.

This is just my personal view but the chorus groupset would be a replacement item for me straight away. I'd prefer it with the clean record 10 speed groupset you have on the CT1, or I would source an 11 speed Super Record groupset if I wanted neo/retro, wider gear ranges. The wheels to me don't add much either, old zipps < old Campagnolo wheels. Can't see if that is an original C40 Colnago seatpost but if it isn't, this will impact value too. In the current climate, I think you would have more success selling everything seperately. Colnago fans can get their frames and you will open up your potential market for groupsets and wheels to fans of other brands trying to complete builds. I'd almost kill for that worldchamps frame but risk suicide by wife with this consideration. *all just my opinion/preference, others might see it differently.

While we have some interest here. I have a 57ctc Colnago Master Piu (1989-1990 I think) that needs full restoration. Before I pull the trigger, any 55-56cm Masters looking for a new home?
